如果有時間的話，我可能會想要好好地睡一覺。然後我覺得深度睡眠可以幫助我們第二天恢復滿滿的元氣，然後再繼續投入到新的工作之中。

If time allows, I might really want to have a good sleep. And I think deep sleep can help fully recharge ourselves the next day and continue to devote ourselves into new tasks.

我覺得其實在劇組休息的睡眠時間是很難去固定的。平時不拍戲的時間的話，我會很注重睡眠的狀態。首先要有一張適合自己的好床墊，然後就是每個人的睡眠的儀式感可能都不會一樣。是我的話，我可能睡前會點一個香氛，我覺得氣味的話，會有一種不同的感覺吧，更好入睡。

I think it's really hard to have a fixed sleep time when working in a group. When I'm not in a group, I would pay attention to my sleep condition. First of all, you must have a good mattress that is right for you. And then maybe everybody has a different process/habit before going to bed. But for me, I might use an aromatherapy candle (or diffuser). I think the scent brings a different feeling, making it easier to fall asleep.

What YY said was correct. Having a sweet dream does not mean good quality of sleep, because when you are really in deep sleep, you don't dream. Our brain is completely relaxed when in deep sleep. It was soft just like our skin, so he used this kind of interaction to show us.
