Sharing a morning with actor Yang Yang

If I didn’t stay up late last night, basically I’d wake up at 8am. My skincare routine is just basic cleansing and moisturizing.
8:30am
Usually I’d fill up my stomach more at breakfast. There would be both congee/porridge and Xiao long bao (steamed buns).
I think the most important secret to maintain good body figure is to sleep well. It enables healthy circulation of your body. And then, small portion but more often meals and proper amount of exercise are important, too. If I have a chance to go to the gym after I wake up, I’d work out with some equipments.
When there is a lot of pressure from work, I like to play (electronic) games. This relaxing method is very effective for me.
Because Sleep No More’s performance was combined into Valentino’s event this time, this combination of fashion and stage performance was also a refreshing experience for me.

Here's my guess of what was on that plate. Ah... I really love hot breakfast! (But what I usually have are cold cereals....ðŸ˜)
