那幾年是我累積的一個過程

我覺得是踏踏實實地一步一個腳印在走

Those few years were the accumulation process for me (* I guess he meant since debut to maybe 2014 or 2015)

I felt I was walking with firm steps one footprint at a time

Actors need to precipitate (calm down and let things settle, reflect, and refine thoughts...etc.)

The process they (the wools) accompanied me over these years

I feel touched. I think everybody was having a difficult time (or, everybody went through a lot (of hardships))

Acting is a profession that makes you feel full of happiness

Many people are following you, and many people are support you

You can also bring lots of energy to everybody
