Q: 平時入睡前有什麼必要做的事？

我有買一個香薰機

然後會在香薰機裡面滴幾滴精油

然後會讓整個房間稍微充滿著一些

香味吧

然後可以入眠的一些精油  對

I bought an aroma diffuser

I'd add a few drops of essential oil to the aroma diffuser

so the room will be filled with some...

Q: 平時睡眠質量好嗎？會經常熬夜或者失眠嗎？

How's your usual quality of sleep? Do you stay up a lot or do you often suffer from insomnia?

有時候會

但也有時候不會

有時候也是比較的

看情況吧

就是我不能特別有那種

亮光的

比如說早上起來窗簾不是特別的

遮陽 等等的

我可能就會醒得特別早

Sometimes I do

But sometimes I don't

Sometimes...

it really depends on the condition

For example, I can't sleep well when

it is too bright

For example, if the curtains do not

block out the sunlight very well...etc.

I might wake up especially early because of the light


Q: 睡過最長的一覺大概有多少個小時？

How many hours straight have you ever slept?

最長的

十六 七個小時吧

那個可能是 前一天拍通宵

然後

第二天有足夠的時間讓我們休息

就可以睡很久

The longest...

maybe 16~17 hours

It was probably because we filmed overnight the day before

And then

we happen to have enough time the next day to rest

Then, I could sleep really long


Q: 最多有多少個小時沒有睡覺？為什麼

How many hours straight have you ever stayed up without sleeping? Why?

因為工作 因為要拍戲

看看電影

電視開著 但是

聲音也不會調特別大

看著看著可能就

慢慢自己就睡著了

然後第二天電視也是開著的

I'd watch some movies (on the TV)

I'd leave the TV on

but I wouldn't turn up the volume too much

Just watching and watching

and I'd slowly fall asleep

The next day, the TV would still be on
